Je ne vis pas depuis suffisamment longtemps au Québec pour être experte froid, par contre j’ai des cheveux depuis assez longtemps pour commencer à savoir comment je préfère en prendre soin sans pour autant y passer trop de temps. Je change légèrement de façon de m’en occuper selon les saisons et l’hiver, le froid et les frottements continus des vêtements tendent toujours à les abimer un peu plus que l’été où les matières plus légères et l’air moins secs n’ont que peu d’effet direct sur ceux-ci. Pour vous éclairer quant aux produits que j’utilise et à la problématique principale de l’électricité statique que je rencontre chaque année j’ai souhaité vous parler plus en détails du sujet et revenir sur des thèmes que j’abordais parfois aux tout débuts de mon blog (qui aura 9 ans cette année !).

Mes cheveux
J’ai une nature de cheveux relativement normale avec une texture assez épaisse qui a tendance à gonfler lorsqu’ils sont secs après la douche. Je les lave 3 à 4 fois par semaine et essaye de plus en plus d’espacer les shampoings, ne les lavant que lorsqu’ils sont vraiment sales, ce qui est plus facilement le cas en hiver à force de mettre et retirer ma capuche à l’extérieur ou bien lorsque le matin leur forme après le réveil ne me permet pas de les coiffer correctement. Je n’utilise aucun appareil pour les coiffer, ai un sèche-cheveux mais ne l’utilise que très rarement et n’utilise ni fer à lisser, ni fer à boucler. Voilà pour la fiche technique de mes cheveux ! Maintenant, passons à la suite :)
Comment j’en prends soin l’hiver ?
L’hiver comme je vous le disais, avec le frottement des écharpes, du manteau, les changements de températures constant lorsque l’on va dehors et que l’on rentre, l’électricité statique constante créée par l’air sec et froid de la ville, mes cheveux finissent toujours par être un peu abimés : ternes, vite emmêlés, j’ai souvent du mal à les coiffer… pour ça je change un peu ma manière de les soigner par rapport aux autres saisons. Rien de vraiment drastique : je suis partisane du peu et n’aime pas trop passer des heures à me coiffer ou à en prendre soin. Il faut que ce soit efficace et agréable.
Je fais attention aux produits que j’utilise mais je ne suis pas non plus la meilleure encore à ce sujet : il y a tant à voir que je ne sais pas toujours par où commencer et repousse toujours le moment où je m’y mettrai un peu plus sérieusement. Promis, cette année je m’y mets ! Si vous avez des conseils, des produits chouchous (à savoir qu’il faut que je puisse les trouver au Canada !) n’hésitez pas à me glisser vos références en commentaires pour que je puisse les lire et que d’autres personnes puissent peut-être les découvrir. Pour les laver
Mais revenons à mes cheveux : l’hiver je tâche de modifier un peu la façon dont je les lave et principalement en changeant de produit. S’ils ne sont pas secs les autres saisons, en hiver je sens bien qu’il faut que je fasse un peu plus attention de ce côté-là. Yves Rocher avec qui je collabore pour l’écriture de cet article m’a proposée de découvrir leur Shampoing Crème Nutrition dans leur gamme Cheveux qui a pour but de réparer sans pour autant rendre mes cheveux lourds. Il me permet d’espacer mes shampoings de 2-3 jours sans qu’ils ne soient secs et leur donne une légère brillance. Sa composition biodégradable et sans silicones est formulée à 91% d’origine naturelle et est composé d’huile d’Avocat, une huile idéale pour tous les types de cheveux, très nourrissante et qui aide notamment à les rendre plus souples.
Cela fait maintenant quelques semaines que je l’utilise et j’aime le fait qu’il soit particulièrement doux. Le point positif de mon côté : je les sens moins électriques (ils le sont toujours lorsqu’il fait vraiment très froid, contre ça il y a peu de solutions parfaites à part prendre son mal en patience et accepter d’avoir les cheveux qui volent autour de son visage, ou de lire entièrement mon article car j’ai tout de même fini par trouver quelques astuces contre ça) et leurs ondulations sont plus marquées que d’habitude. Été ou hiver je ne les sèche jamais et même si je les coiffe un peu à l’aide d’un produit spécifique (dont je vous parlerai plus bas), c’est toujours la surprise de mon côté lorsqu’ils sont complètement secs. Ici, bonne surprise : j’arrive à avoir une masse un peu moins gonflée et c’est tout ce que j’attends d’un shampoing. Passé l’hiver je pense qu’il sera trop nourrissant et je repasserai sur des textures moins riches mais pour la saison je le trouve parfait ! Pour ce qui est du flacon, celui-ci recyclable et composé à 100% de plastique lui-même déjà recyclé : en plus d’acheter en vrac tous mes produits ménagers ou bien d’avoir des contenants vides en verre pour les préparer moi-même, je tâche de faire attention au quotidien lorsque je suis amenée à utiliser des produits « uniques » à soir conserver leur packaging pour m’en resservir pour un autre usage, soit veiller à ce qu’ils puissent être recyclés. Pour information, il est en réduction durant toute la durée des soldes jusqu’au 4 février prochain.

Pour les soigner et les coiffer
Pour les coiffer, si j’utilisais il y a quelques années de l’huile et ne jurais pas que ça, j’en suis depuis un peu revenue et suis plutôt passée depuis à des textures crèmes qui pour ma nature de cheveux me permettent de ne pas les rendre trop gras tout en leur donnant une plus jolie forme. Il m’arrive parfois de faire des masques d’huile de coco pure lorsque je sens que mes cheveux en ont besoin et lorsque j’ai par exemple, trois fois dans l’année, envie de prendre un bain et de vraiment prendre soin de moi mais autrement, j’utilise peu de produits sous la douche. J’utilise par contre quelques produits après la douche pour le coiffage : plus que du coiffage puisqu’à part une barrette je ne les sèche pas, ne les boucle pas ou ne les lisse pas, j’aime bien ma nature de cheveux telle qu’elle est et cherche peu à la modifier.
Côté produits de coiffage donc, je termine en ce moment cette crème de chez Davines, une marque italienne dont j’aime beaucoup les produits et notamment cette crème de leur gamme Lov, une gamme à base d’amande qui aide à apporter un peu de volume à des cheveux bouclés ou ondulés comme les miens sans être trop lourde. J’apprécie vraiment le fait qu’elle ait une texture très légère : j’en utilise une petite noisette une fois que mes cheveux sont séchés à la serviette, encore très humides, la frictionne entre mes mains avant de coiffer mes cheveux et de les faire remonter : ça m’aide à leur redonner un peu de volume et à créer de jolies boucles sans devoir utiliser d’autres accessoires. Mon flacon arrivant bientôt à la fin, le prochain produit que j’utiliserai vient de la marque Vitiv.
Une fois mes cheveux secs, si j’aimerais être experte en jolie coiffure ce n’est pas encore le cas alors pour l’instant, je me contente d’y glisser des barrettes et ainsi d’à la fois rendre moins encombrante ma grande mèche en l’attachant sur le côté, me permettant d’avoir une jolie coiffure en quelques secondes seulement. J’ai trouvé les miennes chez Urban Outfitters et Anthropologie mais il en existe dans plein d’autres magasins et également sur Etsy où plein de boutiques proposent de jolies pièces.

Pour leur redonner de l’éclat
L’hiver, le soleil les éclaircit toujours légèrement, faisant ressortir mes reflets roux durant toute la saison. L’hiver par contre, je les trouve parfois un peu ternes. J’aime leur couleur naturelle mais parfois, je dois admettre qu’il leur manque un « truc ». Pour pallier ça, j’utilise parfois le soin coloré de chez Maria Nila : j’ai opté pour la teinte Bright Copper destinée initialement à donner une vraie couleur rousse-cuivrée à vos cheveux. Puisque les miens sont trop sombres je ne l’utilise pas pour ça puisqu’il faudrait les décolorer pour avoir le plein potentiel du produit (je vous invite à aller lire cet article de Marine qui parle notamment de ce produit et de sa très jolie couleur rousse qu’elle a et la façon dont elle l’entretien). Par contre, je l’utilise pour deux buts : à la fois pour les soigner lorsque j’ai envie de leur faire un vrai masque mais surtout (puisqu’il suffirait d’utiliser un masque pour cheveux classique autrement) pour leur donner de très légers reflets roux.
Le résultat est subtil vous vous en doutez mais ça leur apporte un peu plus de profondeur temporairement. Je l’utilise sur cheveux secs pendant 20 bonnes minutes pour avoir le plus d’effets possible et si ça ne vaut pas une vraie coloration, puisque ce n’est pas mon but cela me convient totalement ! Maria Nila est de plus une marque végane et cruelty-free, la composition n’est pas folle mais quelques fois dans l’année cela ne me dérange pas (pour l’instant).

Le cas de l’hiver
L’hiver, le principal problème que je rencontre est le fait de devoir gérer l’air sec et l’électricité statique que cela génère entre mes vêtements et mes cheveux. C’est souvent très désagréable en retirant mon manteau, mon écharpe ou mon pull de me retrouver avec des cheveux complètement gonflés et électriques et pour ça, j’ai fini par trouver quelques petites astuces à la fois pour mes cheveux comme pour mes vêtements pour diminuer cet effet. Il n’y a rien de vraiment miraculeux, par contre certaines techniques aident un peu ! Le principal facteur qui aidera à moins rendre vos cheveux électriques est d’éviter de les mettre en contact avec des matières synthétiques telles que le polyester ou bien l’acrylique.
Privilégiez les matières naturelles comme le coton ou la laine va aider à diminuer cet effet mais si vous avez tout de même des vêtements contenant des fibres synthétiques, c’est mon cas par exemple pour l’une de mes écharpes que j’aime beaucoup mais qui n’est pas faite de la meilleure des matières, j’ai fini par trouver une solution qui a complètement réglé le problème. J’utilise simplement soit mon produit fait initialement pour protéger les cheveux de la chaleur d’un sèche-cheveux ou bien un produit destiné à texturiser les cheveux : je ne m’en sers que très rarement et pour éviter de les gâcher j’ai détourné leur utilisation.
Ainsi j’en applique sur les textures qui me posent problème : je vaporise généreusement le vêtement qui me pose problème (cette fameuse écharpe par exemple ou bien un béret que j’aime beaucoup mais qui en le retirant fait gonfler mes cheveux) puis laisse sécher une nuit. Cela va rendre la matière un peu plus « rèche » et supprime complètement cet effet statique qui déplait tant. À réitérer au besoin une autre fois pendant l’hiver, de mon côté je ne l’ai fait qu’une seule fois sur cette fameuse écharpe et je n’ai plus de soucis depuis !
Voilà pour le récapitulatif concernant la routine pour mes cheveux l’hiver, côté coupe je les coupe généralement deux fois par an plus par souci de longueur que de pointes abimées : je n’ai plus aucune fourche depuis des années et les laisse généralement vivre leur vie sans trop utiliser de produits différents. Un shampoing, un masque si vraiment que je sens qu’ils en ont besoin, une crème pour leur donner une jolie forme et ça me suffit ! Coucou !! Sympa cette routine, en hiver mes cheveux n’ont as de besoins particuliers à mon avis. Mais il est vrai que changer de routine en été et en hiver ne peut pas faire de mal :)
Merci cet article complet qui m’invite à tester cette gamme de shampoing de chez Yves Rocher. J’ai une autre gamme, la crème l’avant delicate à l’extrait d’aubépine, sans sulfate et sans silicone, qui ne mousse pas dans un eco tube et j’en suis très satisfaite.
Pour ce qui est d’espacer les shampoings, ça prend du temps ! Une petite routine qui peut aider : un gommage du cuir chevelu sur cheveux humides, à rincer abondamment, juste avant de faire le shampoing. Il en existe un chez Yves Rocher (oui, encore eux !) et je l’aime beaucoup, pour mes cheveux bouclés qui sont gras en racine et secs aux pointes, ça m’a aidée à me laver moins souvent les cheveux (je me les lavais tous les 2 jours maintenant c’est 2 fois par semaine voire juste 1 fois si je ne prévois pas de sortir).
Ça prend du temps c’est certain ! Peu à peu je réussis à espacer un peu plus mais il faut de la patience ! Merci pour tes recommandations :)
