C’est le titre de ce tote bag qu’avait édité il y a quelques mois My Little Box pour leur collaboration avec Pinterest, n’y étant pas abonnée à ce moment là je l’avais manqué mais un tour sur Vinted a vite réglé ça (#PassionVinted, j’y ai d’ailleurs trouvé une sublime robe qu’il me tarde de vous montrer lorsqu’il fera un peu moins chaud). J’ai beau adorer son mantra, force est de constater que je ne suis pas toujours très douée pour me tenir à toutes ces belles phrases énoncées pour rendre notre vie meilleure !

Mon appartement est jonché de choses inutiles qui polluent l’espace (je compte bien sur Marie Kondo pour m’aider à inverser la tendance), et mon esprit n’est finalement pas bien différent de mon espace de vie. À terme, je perds des minutes folles à être agacée par mon lieu de vie qui est bien trop rempli au lieu de plutôt prendre le temps d’apprécier chacune des choses posées et rangées avec soin. Avez-vous remarqué comme il est si agréable de se lancer dans une grande session ménage ? Au début bien sûr, tout est en désordre et c’est encore pire lorsque vous commencez votre phase de rangement. Puis lorsque chaque chose est à sa place, lorsque chaque mouton de poussière a été aspiré, votre esprit semble comme apaisé et d’une certaine façon lui aussi bien mieux rangé.
Alors j’essaye de collecter les moments, pas les choses. Je regarde les petits détails dehors, les belles couleurs, la lumière qui se dore doucement à l’orée de la fin de journée. C’est lors d’un passage de Vickie sur Rennes (enfin !) que j’ai filé lui faire découvrir un joli coin près de chez moi pour que l’on puisse faire quelques photos. La lumière était idéale, cette fameuse golden hour qui donne une si jolie teinte à tout ce que l’on peut regarder et ces hortensias complètement fleuris, le spot était parfait pour mettre en scène cette sublime jupe sur laquelle j’ai craqué non sans avoir hésité un moment il y a quelques mois, alors merci encore Vickie de m’avoir aidé à récolter quelques jolies photos (d’ailleurs vous pouvez également aller voir la tenue qu’elle portait ce jour là sur son blog) <3 D’un bleu très pâle (il parait qu’elle est couleur argent ? Franchement je la vois bleue très claire), cette jupe est si légère à porter que l’été lui va bien ! Et puis finalement, comme je le disais dans ma dernière tenue, j’aime bien les vêtements plus longs. Celui-ci me donne l’impression d’être gracieuse et délicate même lorsque je dis des bêtises, associé à ce joli haut parfait trouvé chez Stradivarius il y a un an, je trouve que c’est une tenue chouette et confortable, encore plus avec ma classique veste en jean !

Je pense que tu n’as pas besoin d’un livre ou d’une méthode hype pour désencombrer ton appartement et ton esprit. Pour moi, il s’agit d’un cheminement qui se fait naturellement en se posant les bonnes questions. Ai-je vraiment besoin de tel ou tel objet, de conserver dans un coin poussiéreux tel ou tel souvenir ramené de voyage ? Au bout d’un moment, on se rend compte que de posséder des choses ne nous rend pas plus heureuse. Ça nous fait plaisir mais c’est quelque chose d’éphémère. Ce qu’il nous reste vraiment – pour moi – ce sont les jolis moments partagés et les expériences vécues. A bientôt

je ressens la même chose par rapport à mon espace de vie, je supporte de moins en moins l’accumulation de choses dont je ne me sers pas, l’espace autour de nous (chez nous) reflète l’intérieur aussi, si on est embarrassé d’un tas de choses, notre esprit est en vrac, si au contraire, on ne garde que l’essentiel, on se sent mieux, plus apaisé…
